Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using PropInfera ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our real estate deal analysis platform. PropInfera provides AI-powered tools for analyzing property investments, generating insights, and managing deal data. By using our Service, you agree to these Terms in full.

User Accounts

To access certain features of PropInfera, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
  • Maintain and promptly update your account information
  • Maintain the security of your password and account credentials
  • Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
  • Ensure that your account information is not shared with third parties

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms or are used for fraudulent purposes.

Usage Restrictions

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe upon the rights of others or their intellectual property
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
  • Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from our platform
  • Overload our servers or interfere with the Service's operation
  • Use the Service for commercial purposes beyond your subscription tier
  • Share account credentials or allow unauthorized access to your account
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble our software

We reserve the right to monitor usage patterns and take appropriate action against violations.

Subscription & Billing

Paid Plans

PropInfera offers tiered subscription plans (Free, Pro, Elite) with different features and usage limits. Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis.

Billing & Cancellation

  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
  • No refunds are provided for partial months or unused periods
  • Price changes will be communicated 30 days in advance
  • Failed payments may result in service suspension

Free Tier Limitations

Free users are limited to 5 saved analyses. Upgrading to Pro or Elite removes these limitations and provides additional features.

Intellectual Property

PropInfera and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by PropInfera and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

Your Content

You retain ownership of the property data and analyses you create using our Service. However, you grant us a limited license to use this data to provide and improve our services.

Our Rights

PropInfera owns all rights to the platform, including but not limited to the user interface, AI algorithms, database structure, and proprietary analysis methods.

AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

PropInfera uses artificial intelligence to generate insights and recommendations. You acknowledge and agree that:

  • AI-generated content is for informational purposes only
  • Insights should not be considered as legal, financial, or investment advice
  • You should conduct your own due diligence before making investment decisions
  • We are not responsible for any decisions made based on AI-generated content
  • AI analysis may contain errors or inaccuracies
  • Market conditions and property values can change rapidly

Always consult with qualified professionals (attorneys, accountants, real estate agents) before making significant investment decisions.

Account Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

Grounds for Termination

  • Violation of these Terms of Service
  • Fraudulent or illegal activity
  • Abuse of our systems or resources
  • Non-payment of subscription fees
  • Extended periods of account inactivity

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. We may delete your account data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PropInfera shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from the use of our Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware, and you consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by:

  • Posting the updated Terms on our website
  • Sending an email notification to your registered email address
  • Displaying a notice within the platform

Your continued use of PropInfera after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
